Dump files from 64 bit version products are incomplete
Under certain circumstances and due to a Microsoft defect, Autodesk has been receiving incomplete Microsoft dump files in case of a crash. This technical solution asks to install a Microsoft patch so that, starting from Sp1 of our products , Autodesk can benefit from the patch and collect complete dump files.
