About Us
EDSI began the implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program for Adults, Dislocated Workers and Youth in 2015. This program provides employment services to jobseekers in the Cape Fear region. Working closely with local community organizations and fostering strong ties with the business community, we are committed to successfully matching jobseekers with employers. We work with our local workforce board and businesses to identify in-demand occupations throughout the counties we serve and conduct job recruitment at the centers to assist in filling these positions.
