About Us
EDSI operates two key programs from the Montgomery County CareerLink® office:

• Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program
  Funded by the Local Workforce Development Board, this program provides Title I WIOA services to unemployed and underemployed county residents who meet WIOA eligibility criteria.
• Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program
  Designed to provide employment opportunities and monitor training for TANF and SNAP recipients, supporting individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.
