About Us

EDSI provides system-wide services to the PA CareerLink® centers, communities, and employers across Philadelphia.

Services We Provide

Job seeker services include managing all incoming phone calls to 1-833-750-JOBS, in-person and virtual workshops, Welcome to PA CareerLink® orientations, resume support, job matching and interview preparation, labor market information, individual career counseling, registration support into PA CareerLink® online, referrals to WIOA services and referrals to occupational and on-the-job training. Employer services include registration support into PA CareerLink® online, staff-assisted job postings, recruiting, hosting information sessions, hiring events, and job fairs, Rapid Response, and work-based learning services such as On-The-Job training and incumbent worker training.
