We are proud to announce that Kim Glenn, Director of Innovative Learning Solutions, and Heather Pierce, Program Director, have been named 2025 Workforce Heroes by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP). This recognition, shared during Workforce Development Month, highlights their outstanding contributions to the field and the communities they serve.

EDSI was selected based on independent research and employee feedback — and we’re especially proud to have been chosen without submitting an application, a true testament to the authentic impact of our people-first approach.

The rankings were developed in partnership with data firm Plant-A Insights Group, who conducted a large-scale independent survey of over 250,000 U.S.-based employees at midsize companies (those with 1,000 to 5,000 employees). Companies were evaluated across key workplace categories such as professional development, company image, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, and sustainability values.
