Providing tailored business services to support employers in workforce development is EDSI’s ultimate goal. In each of our workforce development programs, we focus on employment and business relationships by employing more than 150 Business Services Representatives companywide who are dedicated to serving the business community.

Our decades-long track record of success is based on the deep knowledge and relationships built in each community where we operate programs, and our expertise encompasses workforce analysis, talent recruitment, and customized training programs that equip existing employees with essential skills.

Drawing on our extensive experience, we truly understand the range of needs that employers have, whether that means opening a new location, expanding service offerings, or preparing for a busy season.
